Most classes of business are done via the Internet to keep
our costs at a minimum and to provide you with the quickest
turnaround and the highest possible commission. In most
instances your quote will be released the same day, otherwise
within the next business day. We do require loss runs, copy
of the renewal policy or quote and in some cases pictures
of the risk prior to binding. Most billings are on a direct
bill basis to your insured by the carrier. We also must
have our broker agreement filled out which is available
on our site in PDF form.
We know what it's like to deal with wholesalers and we are
looking to make your experience with us the best yet. We
stake our 45-year reputation on it! To view and complete
the applications, just click on the line of business application
and you can print a PDF. For a commercial umbrella or workers
comp quote click on the line of business and follow the
online screens and complete the application. Then just e-mail
us or fax us three years of loss runs with a copy of the
renewal policy or quote and we will release a quote usually
within 24 hours. We will need five years of loss runs and
payroll history on Workers Compensation accounts in excess
of $130,000. Workers Compensation accounts in excess of
$130,000 may not be quoted in the same time frame as above
due to the complexity of the account.
We are also able to take an electronic file of an accord
application from your AMS or Applied agency management system.

assigned to your agency so you can track your submission
and correspond with our underwriters for all your submissions.
Your id and password will be forwarded to you by email once
we receive your broker agreement.
